NSN. Made circa 1850s. 10 Bore with a 38” barrel. This gun has a dark brown patina. The top of the barrel is marked “Manton London Fine Laminated Steel” Each of the locks is marked “Manton” The wood has been repaired at the wrist. We do not believe this gun to be a John Manton, but more of a trade name to capitalize off the Manton name.
