The Mossberg 940 Pro Sporting is a 12 Gauge semi-automatic shotgun designed for competitive clay shooting and demanding range use. Its gas-operated system supports reliable cycling, while corrosion-resistant nickel-boron-coated internal components help simplify maintenance and extend service life. The 30-inch barrel is paired with a HIVIZ CompSight fiber optic front sight and a Briley extended choke tube set for flexible pattern control. An adjustable stock provides a 14.25- to 15.5-inch length-of-pull range, with shims for adjusting drop and cast to achieve a more personalized fit. The enlarged beveled loading port, elongated elevator, quick-empty magazine release, and anodized follower support smooth, efficient operation. The receiver is drilled and tapped for optic mounting.
