The Savage Arms Stevens 555 Compact Trap is a lightweight single-shot shotgun designed for fast handling on the range. Its gauge-scaled aluminum alloy receiver includes a steel breech insert for added strength, while the 26-inch chrome-lined carbon steel barrel provides a durable platform for trap shooting. A Turkish walnut stock and fore end, compact 13.75-inch length of pull, adjustable comb, raised ventilated rib, and bead sight support a comfortable, repeatable mount. The 3-inch chamber accepts a broad selection of shotshell loads, and the included interchangeable choke tubes help tailor the pattern to different trap conditions.
